Easy Tofu Seaweed Tempura

Tofu is high in protein and contains all the essential amino acids your body needs. It also provides fats, carbs, and a wide variety of vitamins and minerals. While seaweed is a good source of magnesium, calcium, and iron. Put that together, and you got yourself a healthy dish. 

The recipe is super simple and easy to follow. Just prepare the following:

Tofu Thinly sliced

Seaweeds (Nori sheets)

Flour

Cornstarch

Salt, Pepper 

Breadcrumbs

Hiyee peeps! It’s been a while since we last posted and this video was taken during the “not so rainy” days. Just wanted to share our pechay harvest and how we cooked it.

Growing oyster mushrooms at home | Mushroom Diary – Day 0

Day 0 [Oct 20, 2021] First time namin mag set-up ng oyster mushroom. Madalas kaming bumibili sa mga palengke at sa mga kaibigan kaya naisip namin, bakit hindi kaya magpatubo nalang kami. Part na rin ito ng aming advocay na “Grow Your Own Food”.

In line this, we got inspired by our friend Mani (Happy Green Thumb) kasi nagsimula na sya sa kanyang oyster mushroom growing sa bahay. Nahikayat nya kaming mag-alaga ng mushroom dahil sa dami ng kanyang harvest.

Reminder lang po, ito ay aming experiment lang. We hope na maging maayos sya at excited na kaming masubaybayan nyo ang aming mushroom growing diary. Salamat po!

Make Tofu from Taho

Bumili kami ng taho from ourssuki worth Php 50. we tried to make tofu from it since sa soy naman naman galing ang tofu. Very easy lang and masarap. From now on, eto na ang fav namin. Homemade tofu from taho.

Edible Garden Project | Backyard Gardening

Edible Garden SE 3 EP 01

As you can see this is the 3rd time na kami ay mag start ng aming mini edible garden dito sa lugar namin kaya for vlogging at documentation purposes kami ay nasa Season 3 na.

Season 3 kasi pang tatlong beses na namin itong gagawin at this time sana ay ma-document namin ng maayos. hahaha. 😆 😝 😆

For our Season 3 Episode 1 of our Edible Garden Project, tara at linisin natin itong vacant lot ulit. Matapos ang tag-ulan, pahinga na sya at since maayos na ang panahon, pwede na tayo ulit magsimula sa ating gardening.

Nang magsimula ang 2020 at bago tayo tamaan ng pandemic malaking tulong ang magkaroon ng mga gulay sa hardin at napalaking tulong ito sa amin. Nagkaroon ng ECQ nuon at may mga tanin kami sa garden kaya hindi kami nahirapan sa aming pagkain. Sana lahat tayo or lahat ng mga Filipino ay subukan ito.
