Adobong Bunga ng Malunggay

Adobo is a famous Pinoy dish and since maraming kaming tanim na puno ng malunggay so we figured why not make the malunggay pods to adobo.

Seven times more vitamin C than oranges
Ten times the amount of vitamin A found in carrots

Fifteen times more potassium than bananas
Nine times more protein than yogurt.
Twenty-five times more iron than spinach.
