Easy Tofu Seaweed Tempura

Tofu is high in protein and contains all the essential amino acids your body needs. It also provides fats, carbs, and a wide variety of vitamins and minerals. While seaweed is a good source of magnesium, calcium, and iron. Put that together, and you got yourself a healthy dish. 

The recipe is super simple and easy to follow. Just prepare the following:

Tofu Thinly sliced

Seaweeds (Nori sheets)

Flour

Cornstarch

Salt, Pepper 

Breadcrumbs
